Believe and Achieve
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the main cause of non-traumatic disability in young adults, yet the majority of those affected do not allow it to interrupt the normal course of their lives. They seek treatment and keep active. They finish their education and start projecting their future outside the fortress that MS sometimes builds around them. But in order to gain a foothold into the world beyond the MS walls they need to be employed. This is where EMSP's “Believe and Achieve” project comes in.
The main purpose of “Believe and Achieve” is to create work opportunities for young people with MS through partnerships with businesses across Europe. EMSP and its project partners will enable young adults with MS to access paid traineeships in important corporations.
“Believe and Achieve” considers the needs of both employees and employers and intends to make the difference by bringing a positive change for MS communities as well as businesses.

Run for MS
Run for MS...not from MS is an EMSP initiative aimed at encouraging people with multiple sclerosis to take up running or any kind of physical exercise, to the best of their abilities.
Our Run for MS story began in October 2013 when our team of MS advocates, activists and volunteers successfully completed the Brussels Half-Marathon.
In March 2014 we started our own blog, www.runforms.org, where we regularly post articles and news about our latest runs and initiatives. For 2014, our team has committed to run the following races:
1. Corre Por la Esclerosis Multiple together with our Spanish MS Society - 31 May, Madrid, Spain
2. Cologne Half-Marathon - 14 September, Cologne, Germany
3. Brussels Half-Marathon - 5 October, Brussels, Belgium
