In the context of the European Youth Event (EYE 2016) that took place in Strasbourg on 20 and 21 May, EMSP and our partners from the European Patients’ Forum (EPF) organised a workshop entitled ‘Young Patients: Ready, Brilliant and Able to work!’.

Find the event report here.

The main objectives of the workshop were to raise awareness of the importance of employment for young people with MS and to promote the workplace adjustments and other actions necessary for people with MS to be fully integrated at work.

EMSP’s Believe and Achieve project, as well as our Employment Pact and Toolkit initiatives were again center stage.

But one of the most interactive workshop sessions consisted of an interview where both interviewer and interviewee were MS advocates and patients. Anna Zaghi from Italy – asking the questions, Jacobo Santamarta Barral from Spain – answering them.

You can read and download the interview here.
